The Fish Project er nu også en realitet i Århus, Her får du fotos og visioner fra Alexandra og Marius – og lidt om hvorfor deres valg faldt på H.W.Larsen. The Fish Project has selected quality machinery, and the line up is made with the 2D/3D drawings including specs for the help with electricity, power and water etc.
The fish project was founded in 2015 in Copenhagen by a young couple, Alexandra and Marius. All they wanted and wished for was to create one of the best fish & chips and bring a piece of Great Britain to Denmark.

What are you most exited about in the new kitchen?

We are most excited about the high-tech equipment they had incorporating into the kitchen, such eco-friendly refrigeration systems, energy-efficient cooking equipment, and cutting-edge tools for food preparation. These upgrades will help us improve the overall dining experience for our customer.
